Best Answer: It appears like you have the free Express Edition of VS not the paid Professional Edition of VS. The Dl you have is for that. I have the pro Edition so my only suggestion is to wait and see if they release a more current version of Express.
It will prob update through Windows Update when it's released. Until then you just have to wait. FYI I haven't seen any additional functionality so don't worry about not being able to do something.
