Has anyone ever done this and if so does it work? For those not familiar, it's a work out challenge where you send in a before picture then follow the work out program for three months and send in an after photo. I found it too late to do the actual challenge, but the work out routine looked like something I can go with.
It's designed for 5 days with a day of legs, a day of pushes, a day of pulls and two days of abs. Carta Millimetrata Pdf. Each day has one of three cardio programs.
It also includes a fitness regimine. I'm not looking for results like a Mr. Olympia.or an ATeamer for that matter. I'm just looking to get toned, pick up a little extra lean muscle and loose my next 20-25 pounds.
