I know all of their IPs and have all the needed ports open, because I do know how to do it. I will not use P2P myself, but I understand why many people want it. No idea on what 'cloud id' is. And if any ISP does not allow to forward any ports, I would just switch ISPs. P2P is not better; but it is easier.
